Paula was friendly and professional in the beginning. She assisted with the selling of our home and purchasing of a new home. Our house sold quickly and without issues. However, when we had some issues with our inspection for our new house, she provided little help or guidance. It was as if she didn't know what to do. We hired a real estate agent to help navigate us through the process, not disappear once things got difficult.
