I have worked with a number of realtors over the years, many of whom I found to be unresponsive, lacking sufficient energy and intetest, or otherwise being subpar. I am pleased to say that, in contrast, Paula proved to go above and beyond even my high expectations and standards: she not only was responsive and easy to work with, but clearly new the market and provided us with terrific advice in terms of what we needed to do to make our home of 33 years as marketable as possible. That we ultimately received 3 offers in 3 days that led to a bidding war which resulted in our getting more than our asking price in a lackluster market is the ultimate testimony as to just how good Paula is. In addition to having high energy and good taste, Paula also happens to be a very nice person and just a pleasure to work with. On a scale of 1 to 5, I'd award her a 10!

Paula is professional, so patient, knowledgeable in the market, and most important friendly. She was always available to show us a house no matter the weather or time.
