My passion for real estate runs deep. I believe I was born to be a real estate agent. My grandfather purchased a piece of land and with his own hands built a Sears Craftsman home in the 1930's for his wife and seven children. Yes, every single shingle, joist and brick came from the Sears catalog. My mother is a successful real estate appraiser and has been for over 30 years. While other kids were outside playing, my brother and I drove in circles taking photos of comps and gluing them to multiple copies of the same report. Like my grandfather, I've built homes, developed land, been an investor, a landlord and a lender. This is the best time to be a Realtor and a homeowner. Money is cheap, the economy is stronger, and banks are offering very attractive financing. If you are currently renting -- Go Buy! If you are a homeowner -- Buy a rental! If you are an investor - Buy more! The housing market has recovered and Wall Street and Hedge Funds are in the game -- and so should be you!
