Paula was AMAZING! We were first time home buyers and needed someone who we could trust to guide us through the process and help us with all the details we couldn't have known to expect- that was Paula. We always felt like she was working in our best interests, and she made it a point to get to know us on a personal level so she could match us to the best home options. She found the perfect place for us and made every step from putting in an offer to home inspection to negotiations to final closing completely stress free and easy. We don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if we do, we'll definitely be working with Paula again!

Paula helped us with both the sale of our home and finding a new one, in the area we wanted, in the price range we wanted, with almost the entire wishlist checked off. I'm a math and computer science person, so details matter a lot to me, the process matters a lot to me, and of course, the result matters a lot to me. Paula made herself available, and always took an honest approach to every situation. In selling the home, she'd tell us things that needed to be changed, whether we wanted to change them or not. She took a tough line in controlling the presentation of the home and it really paid off. It sold in under three weeks. When buying a new house, If we liked a house, but she knew of shortcomings that would matter to us, she'd point them out. If a house fit our wishlist, she'd be sure point that out too. Most importantly, Paula really took the time to understand what we needed, and what we wanted, and was attentive to the differences in our life that distinguished the needs from the wants. She really wanted us to be happy with the results of each transaction. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a real estate professional.
