have known Pauline for seven years and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with buying, selling or renting a property in Cerritos and neighboring areas. I have personally used her services a couple of times for my real estate needs and each time was a great experience. The most recent being renting out a Cerritos condo within a couple of days of listing the property. After my last tenant moved out, I was sure that I would lose at least 15-30 days of rent. But Pauline was confident of getting a tenant in within a week and she did exactly that. She goes all out and uses multiple channels including MLS, open house, social media and reaching out to her strong network of realtors and past clients.
