Pauline Woelky

Pauline Woelky is a broker and owner of a boutique brokerage, United One Realty located in Murrieta, CA. Her office serves all of Riverside County and North County San Diego. Pauline has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. She has been a director for Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors since 2018 and the board’s President in 2023. She has been a California Association of Realtors state director since 2018. Her passion is to serve her clients, peers and community to the best of her ability. Being involved at a local and state level allows me to fight for home ownership rights and have a voice in all things involving in real estate. She loves learning, people and helping in any way she can! Pauline is passionate about being involved in her local community and continues to serve as an advisory board member for Hospice of the Valleys. She is married and has 3 beautiful children that are involved with competition dance and other sports. They are her WHY to be a better person, Mother and Wife. She is truly grateful for her amazing family and career.
