My wife and I had enough with cold winters and the high costs of living in New York and decided to finally make the move down to S Florida in 2014. A friend of ours, also and "X" New Yorker recommended his real estate agent, Paul Dono to help us find a home. At first we spoke to Paul on the phone and emails back and forth daily looking at homes for sale narrowing it down two communities to purchase a home in, Lake Charleston and Wellington. We decided it was time to fly down and physically look at the number of listed homes for sale in both communities. Paul picked us up at PBI and helped us settle into a local hotel. The following day Paul picked us up at the hotel taking us to see a variety of homes that best suited our needs. A new listing came on the market for sale in Lake Charleston. A lake front house on the end of a cul-de-sac. Perfect, we made an offer that with a little negotiations Paul made the deal with the sellers. The entire process from contract to closing went very smooth thanks to Paul's professionalism. We couldn't be more pleased with everything Paul did for us. We're so happy now that we're living in our Lake Charleston home Paul found for us. It's convenient to all, lovely neighbors, and spectacular lake front views. Paul is an excellent agent. He listened and accommodated our requests from the very first time we spoke. We were looking for a purchase 6 months out. This did not faze him. He was not pushy with "dont let this one get away" at the 2 month mark. He respected us , sent info casually and let us react.
