Pavel is a real estate agent with Ellie & Associates,p.a.. By the time I was 5, my dad was selling investment properties in the Cape Coral area. After school each day, I would sit with him at the dining room table and put stamps on our mail marketing pieces. This is how I started learning the importance of marketing. Saturday mornings we would meet our clients at our Tampa office where we had shuttles drive them to Cape Coral and give them a tour of the lots we were selling. At the end of the tours, we would bring them back to our office and begin selling. I grew up listening to negotiations, mortgage brokers qualifying buyers, as well as seeing my dad go out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction, and much more. They say you can’t build a great building on a weak foundation ... Well my foundation was being built from the beginning. As the economy changed ...
