Pedro Molina

What an experience !!!!!!We were so happy to have Pedro as our real estate agent! This Was our first Time buying a home and Pedro made sure to make this an amazing experience. For those of you who are first-time buyers like me and my husband Im sure your emotions are all over the place you probably feel excited, scared, nervous, and definitely overwhelmed. However with Pedro he made sure that this experience was smooth for us!!! He paid close attention to what we wanted and to what was important to us when it came to our first home. He gave us enough information to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. We couldnt be happier and more grateful for him and his teams commitment to make this dream come true for our family. Thank you so much Pedro for making this happen we are extremely grateful! For any of you looking into buying a home this is definitely your guy!!!

Pedro is amazing. He stays on top on everything, willing to help in any way and such a hard worker. Got my house in escrow in 2 weeks.

Pedro Molina is an exceptional realtor! He made our first time home buying experience go very smoothly. His knowledge & professionalism are impeccable! We highly recommend Pedro Molina!

We were so fortunate to have found Pedro Molina when we moved to Rialto. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from Long Beach to look at homes over several weeks and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Pedro was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pedro and Ana when looking for our home. From day one they were extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Pedro and Ana were there quickly handling any issues that may have arisen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a second home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!
