Pedro Trujillo

We contacted Pedro about selling our home. He said we should be able to get at least 70K; he next said he had a buyer at 60K. It turned out to be his cousin, and Pedro was the agent for both sides. He didn't point out to us that there was no end date on the land contact he set up. Pedro was not cooperative when we contacted him and his client to encourage them to refinance the mortgage to clear the contract; he just regurgitated his "disclosure" statements. No payments on the mortgage were made on time for eight months in 2021, and the first missed payment trashed our credit rating. I've had to make advance payments since then. Pedro has listed our 60K home as "Pending" at 180K. For his cousin. He's also a member of the group "advising" the cousin about his ultimate default.
