She know she was dealing with long distance buyer and went above and beyond to make sure we purchased a safe home. After over a year of losing out on 2 properties with another realtor, I was impressed at how much she did to insure we got into a well kept property in our price range. She would go to the properties and video tour them so I could see every nook and cranny. On one property, she had the original foundation contractor come out and inspect the work they had done previously to insure we were not buying a money pit....that alone was above and beyond. The other realtor just wrote it off as normal settlement. Turned out the house was sinking! I appreciate all the extra work she did to make sure we got into a safe home for our son to live in while attending TAMU. Peggy communicated with the Selling Realtors, so they knew she had an out of town Buyer interested in making an offer, and we were able to put a contract on a home within a day of it being put on the market.
