It was my pleasure to work with Peggy Berkoff. She was very easy to work with. She showed us multiple homes to rent in the area where we were looking to live. She found us the perfect place to live. She negotiated the contract to come in under our budget.

My husband and I are real estate investors in the Jupiter area. We have over 10 rental properties that we rent out, but not without the amazing assistance of Peggy and Andrea. Whenever we have a vacancy, we call NCP. Usually within a week, Peggy or Andrea emails us a list of all interested tenants including a summary of pertinent details like background checks, credit scores, evictions, etc. They make the process so easy. We've also worked with NCP to sell one of our condos. Again, they excelled at making us feel like a priority despite a low listing price. I bought a house through Peggy in 2013, after my divorce was finalized. She found me a great house in a cute, safe neighborhood that was in my son's school district. She also connected me to a mortgage broker who helped me get a great rate on a mortgage with very little headache. Peggy was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. She even negotiated a price lower than I expected to pay for this house which allowed me to put up a fence immediately instead of having to wait and save for it. She really meant it when she said "my job is to get you the best house at the lowest price possible." I will trust Peggy to sell this house when I'm ready to upgrade and I will certainly buy my next house with her. Highly recommended!!
