Peggy Jennings went totally out of her way to help us both find and buy a house in her area. We were from out of town and our daughter will start dental school in the fall and we needed to find a good, safe place for her to live. Peggy treated us like we were her family and I am glad to recommend her highly to any one who needs a realtor.

Peggy did a fantastic job helping us purchase our new home. She provided excellent service, recommended great resources for the various services needed throughout the process. She did an awesome job of calculating comparisons and recommending the right plan of action. We met Peggy at an open house and I knew immediately that we wanted her to represent us as our realtor in the search for our new place. Peggy was always willing to jump through hurdles to take us to see places, and in fact, we would not have found the place we ultimately bought if it weren't for Peggy. She knew we were looking at single family homes exclusively, but she happened to mention a townhouse had just come on the market with a fantastic location. It ended up being just what we were looking for (we can live with one shared wall!). During the closing process, Peggy went above and beyond making sure things moved along efficiently. Peggy was very helpful. She helped us find our house here in Briar Chapel. The house was in process of construction and she assisted us in our negot1ation with the builder in picking interior colors, cabinets, carpets and things like that. We are from out of state and could not make every walk thru the builder requested so she and my daughter-in-law represented us. She helped us negotiate an earlier closing date and helped get the builder to agree to providing some extras such as a refrigerator. She was always available when we needed her and always was responsive to our questions

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Peggy. From day 1, she explained and described every step that would happen.
