Peggy Little

Peggy is amazing at what she does. Period. She genuinely loves her job and helping people, she keeps her finger on the pulse of design/staging/construction trends, and she actively stays on top of how the market is fluctuating and responds quickly. She is remarkably observant of what sells and what doesn't within the context of your neighborhood. I learned so much from her. Her ability to visualize and maximize the layout of your home is amazing. We started the process of selling our home with her about 9 months ago. We interviewed 3 agents and after Peggy left our home for the first time, my husband and I knew she was the one. She has a definite formula, having done this for 25 years and knowing our neighborhood like the back of her hand, and it was clear she keeps on top of the market and current trends. My husband commented that "she can probably do all this in her sleep" (in a way that was not like she was actually sleeping on the job). Her goal is to make you a profit, and she understands the point of diminishing returns, as well as set you up with realistic expectations of your home's worth. Her contractor is excellent, and together they will figure out exactly how to make your home look amazing while striving to keep your costs reasonable. She went above and beyond for the entire long process, and while we were living in NC! She stopped by the day we moved to get our keys and she told me, "Don't worry about a thing. I am very trustworthy, I will treat your house like my house, and I will never let anyone in that I wouldn't let into my own house." As far as our house, it wasn't very attractive when we left, and we knew some major changes would need to happen to get it to sell. We never worried a bit about the process. All we did was throw money at it and Peggy made sure to use it well, always sending us receipts and even negotiating prices down for us. She was there every day during the remodel and sent us pictures, even going so far to mop the floors herself. When telling friends about how much she was doing for the house, many responded, "Wow, I didn't know realtors do all that." I always told them, they don't! But Peggy does!

Peggy was recommended to us by good friends and we could not be more happy with the help she gave us. We were first time home buyers and Peggy took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process and made sure that there were no unpleasant surprises. She is very knowledgeable of the Austin market and has a keen eye for the condition of a house. Not only did Peggy help us find a reliable lender that worked as hard as she did, Peggy was also easy to contact, quick to respond, and available on short notice. We would not have ended up with the wonderful house that we have without Peggy. We will definitely use Peggy the next time we buy a property!

If you are going to sell your home Peggy is the ONLY realtor to consider. She gave us advice on what we needed to do to sell our home for top dollar. We definitely got top dollar and more. I am so glad we listened to her advice then let her make every decision during the kitchen remodel, the dining room & living room makeover. She then proceeded to stage and decorate our home. I admit I was truly amazed at the transformation of our home. We also have purchased 2 homes with Peggy (1996 & 2016). She really listens to what you want and then maps out a very comprehensive plan. She definitely has the pulse of the Austin metropolitan market plus she knows where and where not to look. Listen to her, she knows her stuff!
