Penny Smith received her Real Estate License in 2000 after receiving a Bachelors degree in Business Leadership from Baker College.
Penny began her career with the first real estate company in the US to specialize in condo conversations . Penny stayed with them for 10 years until joining a newly formed real estate company who worked in alliance with the condo and homeowners association management company. Thus, providing a better service to homeowners.
In 2016 Penny began the task of advancing her credentials. She worked hard to complete her real estate brokers education. Penny became a licensed broker after passing the Michigan state exam in October of 2016.
Beginning in 2018 Penny was given the opportunity to start her own real estate company, Penny Smith Realty LLC.
