- Penny listed and sold my home
We purchased 4 properties through her and her husband Dale. Those transactions went fine. It was later that, we believe, they took advantage of us. Knowing our financial portfolio and our income, they managed to con us out of two rental properties for their financial gain. One example being, they convinced us to sell a townhouse to their investors for $230k and 45 days later listed it for $259k with no more than $2k put into it from their end. If I had the time, money and energy, I would sue. I would never refer anyone to her. Not trustworthy or honest.
