Penny Clendaniel

A transplant from Cincinnati, Ohio, Penny moved to Georgia in 1999 where her heart and family grew to love this area. Her family has thrived in Cherokee County since 2004. Being an active member of her church and community has led her to want to do more for families in her community. Penny earned her real estate license in 2007 in an effort to help others find not just a house, but a home for their families to create memories together. Her previous career as a Commercial Interior Designer helped to develop strengths in listening to her client’s ideas or desires, communication, attention to detail, and creatively developing solutions to best meet their needs. These skills have become assets and transitioned well to the real estate industry where she runs Penny + Co Realty Group.
