Penny did a great job as our real estate agent during our process to buy a new home. Penny is very organized, quick to respond to any questions or paperwork, and knowledgeable about her profession. During the touring phase of the process, Penny was available and was able to book the houses that we wanted to see. When we decided to put an offer on a house, Penny researched county reports and followed thru with any requests we had. Penny was very professional, made the buying process easy, and nothing was left undone.

Penny was very involved, extremely responsive and helped us, as first time home buyers, understand exactly what we needed to understand in order to get us into our new home quickly and efficiently.
