We found Mr Martin to be very knowledgeable regarding the area, Boynton Bch, Fla, in which we were looking to purchase a home. He was very responsive to our phone calls and/or emails. And was very prompt in providing us with listings of available homes for sale. These listings contained homes in our price range and had the specific features which were of interest to us. Thereby allowing us to view only those properties that we might buy. We found Mr Martin easy to work with and very cooperative.
