Best realtor we've had. Pete was very helpful throughout the whole buying process. He was always available to answer questions through texts or phone calls, and we never had an issue scheduling a showing with him. He was also great at helping us secure the house we wanted by even going to the open house and talking to the seller's agent. Pete went above and beyond to help us understand the buying process and deal with issues that came up during the process even for things that were not his responsibility. We never felt pressured about anything.We'll definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to whoever needs a reliable realtor. Pete stuck with us during a very up and down house hunt. We originally met him in 2014 when looking to move out of our rental. He worked hard to find properties to show us in our budget and target areas, but before we were ready to submit an offer on a house we got news that we were moving to VA and all his hard work was for nothing. Fast forward 4 years and our needs had drastically changed as we prepared to move back to PA. Pete worked around our tight schedule and worked wonders with us remotely from VA as we looked at houses only on the weekends. He stood by us and guided us in the right direction each time we looked at a house, keeping a keen eye out for what was the right house for us. The market was hot and not in our favor as buyers. He didnt let us get discouraged and kept his eye out for new properties hitting the market. He managed to find us exactly what we needed and worked out a great deal for us!
