Peter is a Realestate agent, investor, and general contractor all in one package!! He buys distressed homes as Accel Inc, flips them as Xp construction, and sells even as Prime Realestate. Buyer beware. If you buy a home from peter you are buying a “full renovation” with structural and foundation issues he chose to ignore and conceal with high end finishes. The workmanship is poor and his team cuts serious corners. He doesn’t get permits for his work and doesn’t stand behind his work with a warranty. He won’t be honest about his many roles in the property. If you evaluate a home Peter has renovated, be sure you do so with a structural engineer and a good lawyer. I would strongly recommend buying property shown by Peter.
