Peter knows his stuff. He is truly an expert in dealing with cooperative apartments and the process. He got us top dollar, qualified the buyer and reviewed every detail of the board package submitted by the buyer to ensure they would pass the board review. .

Peter is the best! First and foremost, he helped me find the perfect apartment (co-op) for me, in a great area, at a great price, and I could not be happier with my property. I have been there for over 2.5 years. Being a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Peter has been in the business for years so he was with me every step of the way. He explained the home-buying process in a way that was easy for me to grasp, and ensured that I was always in the loop. Whenever I revamped my search criteria, he was there with a new list of apartments to look at. Peter has a great personality and made a normally intimidating and scary process a little less daunting, and even kind of fun. To date, I have recommended Peter to 2 of my close friends (who have both been satisfied with their experience, not to mention found their apartments) and I would do it again.

To say Peter is an outstanding agent is a vast understatement. My partner and I worked with him from February 2012 through August 2013 to sell our downtown White Plains co-op, and buy our new home in Port Chester. From start to finish, Peter helped us manage our expectations for selling in a down and saturated co-op market, and for buying in a buyer's turned seller's market - and all with a wicked sense of humor! Our time selling and buying was not always the smoothest for reasons out of our and Peter's hands, but his knowledge and skills helped us navigate the process and ultimately sell our co-op and get us a house we LOVE. He was in constant touch with us throughout the process - almost always getting back to us immediately with advice, updates, showings, etc. He fought for us very hard on both ends, and it is something we will always be thankful for.
