I retired and moved to this area after retirement. I found a home on Zillow and Peter was the lister so I contacted him. The listed home wasn't for me but he continued to show me homes and I found my perfect home. Believe me, my budget was low.... but he and his staff and anyone he connected me to treated me like I was buying a million dollar home, as it should be.... but we all know not always so. I've purchased 2 homes in the past 15 years and he was by far miles ahead of others I've worked with in the past. As a single retired women, not to cut myself short... but....he went out of his way to find out specifics for me in each home he showed me. He's knowledgeable and get's right to the matter asked, as an example I asked a specific question about alligators in an area, he went over to the neighbor, introduced himself, and found out the answer to my question. His staff is right on top of things as well. ... every single question answered (and I had a lot). Peter is an honest, a kind man with integrity and I'd highly recommend him for any price home.
