Peter Smothers

Peter Smothers is the managing broker for Red Key Realty in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin representing buyers and sellers across the Twin Cities (but mainly in the Chisago Lakes Area) Peter has an extensive background in web technologies and real estate marketing. Peter has been selling homes since 2002 and working together as a team with his parents Randy and Mary since he brought them into the business in 2004. Prior to real estate Peter was busy getting his bachelors degree in Business Administration and Economics while working at the family Pawn Shop. Now the proud father of three young kids Peter works mainly with sellers and negotiating contracts so he can spend most evenings and weekends with the family while Mary and Randy do most of the buyer showings. Peter is also the guy who sends out the emails for pick up adult hockey games Thursday nights at Chisago Lakes Arena... so if you want to keep on the email list and not get cut from the roster its best to feed him the puck as often as possible.
