Phaedrea Watkins

Phaedrea Watkins is the Principal Broker and Owner of Promise Realty Group. She has a passion to deliver on the promise of providing great real estate services to the immediate community. Phaedrea is an advocate for homeownership and building generational wealth therefore she loves educating first-time home buyers on the home buying process. She also enjoys working with young professionals who may also need someone to be an advocate for them as they maneuver through their home purchase. As a native of North Carolina, Phaedrea grew up in the Sandhills area in the quaint town of Southern Pines, NC and has lived in the Triangle Area for over 14 years. She currently resides in Holly Springs with her husband and two children. Phaedrea graduated from both North Carolina State University (Go Pack!) and Bellevue University where she earned her Master's of Business Administration degree. Phaedrea has a wealth of corporate experience in Project Management as well as entrepreneurial experience.
