I was the executor of my parents' estate, and the house was located about 2 hours away from where I live. I don't know much about real estate in that area, and needed to rely on advice from whomever I ultimately selected. I interviewed 3 realtors and Phil, by far, was the most knowledgeable and helpful. Throughout the process he offered suggestions, recommended contractors, and arranged tests and services, making the selling process very easy for me and getting a fair price well over what I originally thought we could get. We did things in one short phone call that would have taken hours or days with any other agent, considering my distance from the property. He kept me informed every step of the way, and acted as my local "eyes and ears" to review repairs and all of the other details that required someone to be physically at the property. I cannot recommend Phil enough - I need 6 stars above to even start to get close!
