As a first time home buyer, we had lots of questions and Phil made things easy for us to understand. He is very patient and never makes you feel pressured! He is also very accessible. I work in a call center and it's hard for me to make personal calls during the work day. It was very easy to communicate with Phil through text and email messages. He is very responsive.
