Phil Healy was great from day one. He found just what we were looking for. Phil communicated well and kept us up to date through the whole house buying experience.

MY wife found Phil's website and called him when we decided to sale our home. He came over the next day with his big sign to put in our yard and and the key box on our front door. We could call him any time of the day or night with questions ( we called him a lot) he was always calm when we might not be and kind and and helpful. He sold our home and we got top dollar. We are now counting on Phil Healey to find us a new home

I just recently bought my first home under Mr. Phil Healy and I would certainly recommend him to anyone else. Phil made the process very easy for my family and I, and in addition to help us close on the house he also gave us an extensive amount of information pertaining to home improvements and beneficial tips along the way. Mr. Healy is still aiding us in the process of home repairs and getting the house ready for a tenant. Buying a house can be very stressful, but Phil makes the process so much less stressful. Any question that I had, or any email that I didn't understand Phil always answered!! Phillip Healy helped me buy two of the greatest properties in Greenville and Pickens County. I first met Philip 3 years ago when he helped me buy my new lake home. I decided to buy a house in July 2017, in the middle of a meteoric and insanely difficult housing market for buyers. I contacted Phil initially based on a referral, and couldnt have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than I had first imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Phil gave me excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Particular high points were helping me extricate myself from homes that were left in a neglected state, and in helping me find ways to make competitive offers in a market where I was regularly outbid by many tens of thousands over the asking prices. I hope I am in my new home for a long time, but if I was to move, I wouldnt hesitate to work with Phil again or give him anything but the highest recommendation!

We decided to put our home on the market, our children had grown and moved and we were tired of climbing the stairs. We had worked with realtors in the past, so we kinda knew what to expect.
