Philip Holzwarth

My name is Philip Holzwarth and I’ve lived in the Treasure Valley since 1995. I am a veteran of the Idaho Air National Guard and I am proud to have served my country. My passions are camping, woodworking and real estate. When I’m not in my wood shop or in the mountains, you can find me guiding my clients though the purchasing and selling of their homes. I have been a licensed Realtor® since 2007 and in that time, I have learned what it takes to conduct a successful real estate transaction. I educate my clients through the process and I am an advocate for great communication. It is very important to answer or quickly return any phone calls, texts or emails.
