Phil worked tirelessly with my wife and I trying to find the right home to fit our budget and worked with me so I could put my VA Home Loan benefit to good use. We looked for weeks (4) looking for just the right kind of neighborhood that we felt comfortable in. Phil always kept us up to date about any and all possible homes and when we finally found what we wanted , the looking and bidding was finally over with, he stayed with us till the very end and even kept in touch long afterwards checking too make sure we were doing okay, My wife and I have never felt relaxed and comfortable as we were with Phil

I've had three realtors in the last two years. They were all friendly and professional. They all seemed to listen respectfully to what I said I was looking for. The first two realtors sent me properties that were not even close to what I'd asked for! I guess they didn't hear me.Fortunately, I found Philip Howard who was recommended by a friend. Philip did more for me in the first three days as my realtor than the previous two combined! Philip is not only a knowledgeable realtor and negotiator, he's also very experienced in building/remodeling. Philip not only listens, he heard me...I signed my closing February 9, 2018.

I truly believe that we would not have been able to purchase our home without Philip as our agent. Our original agent would not provide the help we needed to purchase our home. We changed to someone that would. Philip went the extra mile and negotiated a very good deal. This was not your average purchase. There were many difficulties along the way. Philip was able to figure everything out. We have since referred him to friends and family all of which were very satisfied with the service he provided.

Having Philip as our real estate agent was my best experience in buying a home. Here's a little back story: I bought my first home back in 2008, I was only 22 years old and a know it all, my agent (not Philip Howard) was pompous and reassured me in my decision process only based on his monetary gains.Back then in 2008 I was taken advantage of by more then just an agent, so when I went to buy another home in 2017 I was not very fond of real estate agents. I will never forget Philip took us to our first viewing and when we were done my wife and I wanted the house but, Philip told us he didn't think it was best for us. I originally thought who is this guy to tell me what is good for me but, later I realized he was right. Philip obviously wasn't just trying earn a dollar because he told me take my time, lets look at them all before we make our next move.Now I'm living in an even better home at a better price than the one I thought I wanted. Philip and I even still communicate today even though it has been over a year since I shared buying my home with Philip. Philip was referred to us from a stranger. I wish I could thank that guy because man I never thought I would trust another real estate agent after my last experience, let alone have one as a friend. LOL! You never know!
