Before we found Phil we had several agents at different agency. When Phil came he spent so much time with us. He had so much information about our area to help us decide a fair price to list our house. We always felt our best interest was top of his list. So much so that we listed a second house with him. Phil listed and sold my home. He also found us a new home to buy. He was excellent with the selling of my house which had an accepted offer in 3 days! We had connected with a couple of brokers to buy a house, but things went nowhere. After meeting with Phil at a friends recommendation, he made the process seem easy. He was very approachable, understood our requirements and showed us a number of houses. He was knowledgeable about the property value and was always on time. He would go out of the way to contact the property management or owners to get the information we wanted. He was in constant touch with us and the sellers till the closing happened. If we were to buy or sell again, we would love to work with him again. In meantime he has helped our friends buy their houses!
