Philip Smalley

Phil Smalley is a second-generation Realtor in the Augusta Georgia area. He became licensed in 2016 and has had great success mostly in the residential market while also working with clients on land and commercial properties. Having 35+ years in the “people business”, serving his clients in financial services including, annuities, mutual funds, life insurance and mortgages, he now uses those skills in real estate. With a wide range of experience working with people and in their best interest, Phil has developed a trust from his clientele in business that rewards him over and over again through referrals.
