As an insurance broker, I work with a lot of Realtors. Philippa is not only at the top of her profession in terms of her dollar volume and closed sales, but more importantly as an advocate for her clients, a knowledgeable resource, and a proactive agent . She takes the time to learn from every transaction she works on, often reaching out to the other parties involved (like mortgage, title, insurance) to find out if there is any way the transaction could possibly go more smoothly for her client. By staying genuinely interested in all parts of real estate, she makes sure her clients are taken care of on every front. If she sees something she can help with, even if it's not her responsibility, she will step in to make sure it happens for the good of her client. She is extremely proactive and doesn't wait for problems to arise. I think most of her clients probably don’t realize how hard she works because they only experience the successful transaction that leads to a very smooth closing, not everything she is doing behind the scenes.

In summary...Outstanding. We knew it was going to be a challenge to find a new real estate agent, especially since we were moving across country and didn’t know the area. So we invested a lot of time putting together our requirements for a house, as well as thinking about what we preferred in an agent. We identified about ten real estate agents based upon their performance and responsiveness and scheduled the interviews. It was a lengthy process, but it was worth it. We were looking for an agent with high integrity, honesty, and local knowledge. We needed a smart listener and active researcher. Philippa naturally bubbled to the top. She is prompt, thorough, and smart! We began to generally understand the area to where we were moving, but the particular characteristics of the various neighborhoods were still illusive. Philippa made herself available for our endless questions. She was honest and professional as she shared advice and impressions that educated us about the neighborhoods, all without any personal bias. She is a great communicator! During the search, we continued to refine our criteria as we began to understand each home, but Philippa was patient and took the time to understand what we were looking for. She provided valuable feedback to make sure we knew what to expect before touring each property and then ultimately ended up getting us an amazing deal on a home, the market value of which has already increased over our purchase price, in our case giving us almost instant equity! She made selecting and buying house an easy, pleasant process. She is very selective about recommending inspection and closing services, which we very much appreciated because all of her recommendations proved to be on the mark and professional . She will be a true advocate for you, making sure you know exactly what to expect throughout the entire home buying process. We highly recommend her!

When I initially approached Philippa to find out what the value of my home was, I was unsure of whether now was the right time to sell my home or not. She was thorough with her analysis of the homes that had sold near mine, and explained that, based on my home's value and my personal goals, it was perhaps not the best time for me to sell. I appreciate her having the integrity to tell me that instead of trying to list my home without regard for my needs. Since the first time I reached out to her, she has always been available to answer my questions, even though she knows I'm not yet ready to make a move. But when I am I will absolutely be contacting her as I know she will put my best interest before her own and work tirelessly to get my home sold.
