Phillip George provided his services to us for over 3 years. First as our property manager, then as both property manager and realtor, and then most recently as realtor. During those 3 years he worked tirelessly in our best interest. He was always in constant communication with us. Answering emails, texts, and phonecalls day or night.We were very impressed with Phillips genuine personality and hard, honest work ethic. Especially since we live in South Korea and our properties were located in North Carolina.Before signing on with Phillip, we found ourselves in a nightmare of a situation with a realtor who rarely communicated with us and allowed our house to become severely neglected while on the market. He marketed the house to the fullest extent possible and even physically walked the neighborhood to talk to neighbors about the property and to hand out flyers... I could give so many more instances of how Phillip went above and beyond in his duties as our realtor, but then this review would be longer than it needs to be.In short, the most important thing for any potential client of Phillip George to know is that when you sign on with Phillip George and his team, you will find yourself treated like family and will be very well taken care of in an honest manner and with your best interest at heart... a rare thing to come by these days, especially in the realty business

I had used Phillip to sell a previous house and to buy current house. In those transactions, I felt that Phillip did an excellent job, so I asked him to sell this house as well as referring him to sell my mother's house.I had been very satisfied with previous results, but in this sale he greatly exceeded expectations. I not only got an offer $15k above asking price, but Phillip also negotiated the final contract so that I only had to do minimal upgrades. Phillip also coordinated with colleague in city I moved to so that the sale of housecoincided with purchase of new home. This enabled me to move belongings straight to new house. During the sales process, Phillip was readily accessible, explained things well, gave great advice on how to get best price for home, and was constantly on top of things so that process went smoothly. He really excels at selling homes; both homes he has sold for me have sold in 1 day. I cannot say enough about what ablessing it has been to have him handling the sale of my home.Phillip goes the extra mile to do an absolutely fantastic job! He is obviously very good at what he does, but he is also a very personable, caring person who makes what can be a stressful experience so much less stressful. I dont plan on living in the area again, but if I did, I would certainly ask Phillip to be my realtor again.I would highly recommend Phillip to anyone, and if in area would not use any other realtor.
