Yall when I tell you that Philip is the best realtor! Philip kept in touch with me for three years about the house I just bought with my husband last week. I had Phillip represent me as the seller. He was good at analyzing the house in comparison to the houses in my neighborhood to derive to price. He was good at describing my house in the posting. And he hired his own photographer. I like having at least an hour notice that the house would be viewed by a prospective buyer. And the gift basket Brooke created was awesome. I would gladly buy another one with Zapps and Big Shots added to it. Lol.
