Phillip helped me buy a home
Phil quickly understood what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about the housing market. He makes recommendations when asked, but did a good job of not forcing his own opinion on us which we very much appreciated. Phil was flexible around our schedule - and when at the showings - he explains the flaws that he see's in houses we looked at that we would have missed. We felt very confident that we were getting a great home at the right price, and are very thankful for Phil who helped guide us through the entire process as first time home buyers. I would highly recommend Phil!
