Phyllis Reaves

She was the worst realtor we ever dealt with. During the option period we were still negotiating with the seller to fix items and the seller had offered to Phyllis to extend the option period. She never asked us what we wanted to do. After explaining to Phyllis numerous times going back and forth the sellers were not willing to fix everything that we asked for. Because of this, we backed out of the contract and lost the earnest money. There was another offer later on that house and we asked Phyllis to check in with the title company and all she did was tell me each day to wait until she asked her legal line. That offer also backed out but they did it within the option time. We did eventually get half the earnest money back with the seller after contacting him directly. When we selected a new realtor they told us about the seller calling Phyllis right before the time was up. She never informed us. She also lied about an offer we had put in on another house saying the realtor was offended with our offer. When I checked with the listing agent she had said no such thing. After that Phyllis did not want to work with me. In my opinion, she should never be a realtor.
