My wife Lynn and I moved to Los Angeles area in the summer 2010 after living overseas for almost a decade. We met Pia in early 2011, at an open house in Hancock Park area as we were beginning to our house search. We were still getting acclimated to the city and surrounding parts and needed a lot of help. And as first time home buyers we didn't quite know what we wanted, nor did we know what to expect from the actual home buying process. Pia was great in walking us through the process and the timeline and began showing us properties in mid-Wilshire / Hancock Park areas. Eventually, we decided we wanted to explore areas outside of Los Angeles, and she showed us places in Studio City and Torrance. Ultimately we were able to find a great home in South Torrance area that was within our budget and met all of our requirements.The entire process took more than a year but working with Pia was a great experience in two ways: (1) she was very knowledgeable and explained to us pros and cons of all the areas we were exploring (2) found us many options many different areas (in LA, Studio City and Torrance) until eventually we settled on our current home. Again, as first time buyers we had a lot of questions and apprehension but she was patient and gave us great advice until we found the right place.
