Evan Pierce

Smoothest transition for home purchase I have had. Very easy to reach and approach. Provides honest recommendations and advice. Actually gives you his opinion of the homes from his knowledge of the area and prior sales.

He was the best! I would definitely have him again!

Evan was attentive, helpful, and respectful. He helped my wife and me close on our first home. We were fairly ignorant of the minutiae of this process, of which there is much. Evan helped us navigate the whole thing with aplomb. Kudos.

Evan was professional and never intrusive. He knew exactly what we wanted and found the home we wanted in the most desirable neighborhood. He is easy to work with and I would high recommend him to others.
