We met Priyanka almost a year ago when we began our quest to downsize. She showed us many homes, never pressuring us to make a decision. We finally found and made an offer on the perfect home, and put ours on the market. Priyanka staged our home AND sold it in one day! Within a week we had two backup offers. When unforeseen legal problems arose with the purchase of the new home, Priyanka launched a coordinated effort between the sellers, our lender, the title company and us and truly saved the day.
