Pualani Zuniga is a real gem! She is patient with her clients and never loses focus on their needs. We never felt rushed to make a decision.We spent more than 6 months looking at properties. Pualani stayed with us all the way from start to finish and now I am happy with our home purchase.

From the minute we met Pualani she was all about helping us find the home of our dreams went above and beyond to help us!! We found 2 listings we were interested in and when they didnt pan out she went to work and found us a home that met and went above what we thought we wanted!!Then All thru the process of buying the home she put us in touch with inspectors, financial, and helped us with how it is done in Tennessee and in coming from New York is a very different process. She is not only our realtor but through the whole process has become a very dear friend. She helps and cares when she doesnt have to!!!!

Pualani is incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and very patient - whenever I had questions she would make time to stay on the phone or FaceTime with me to answer any questions or concerns I was having throughout the searching and buying process. I relied heavily on her as I looked for a house from out of state - she was very forthcoming and detail oriented as she showed me houses over FaceTime. I always felt that she was acting in my best interest - more interested in finding the right home and not just a house that met my criteria. I will count on her again when I need the help of a real estate agent and recommend her to any friends or family looking to move to Tennessee.

Pualani was absolutely amazing! This was my first experience buying a home and I didn't understand anything about the process. Pualani was more than patient with me even though I'm sure I drove her insane with all of my questions and concerns. We used the VA loan since my husband is a veteran and we had several issues come up during the process but Pualani was able to help us get through every obstacle and help us close on our beautiful home. We can't thank her enough for her patience, kindness, diligence and understanding. In the event that we ever decide to sell our home and/or purchase a future home, she will most definitely be the first person we call.
