He failed to tell us that our deal had fallen through and allowed us to move out of our home because as he stated, "he had a human moment and was unable to tell us that the deal failed". So we moved out of our house, called to determine time of closing only to find that closing was cancelled and deal terminated. We then had to move back into our home. He breached his fiduciary duty to us and cost us thousands of dollars in moving expenses.
