Rachael Santos

Rachael, a former jingle and session singer, came to Nashville twelve years ago via California after falling in love with the city on a short visit. Originally from Cody, Wyoming, she finds Nashville to be the perfect mix of urban and outdoors. She chose a path in real estate as it compliments her lifestyle and personality. Rachael takes a consultative approach, with the goal to educate and advise her clients on the benefits of home ownership for building one’s abundance. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to detail, is perfect for matching each client’s desires, as well as skillfully navigating the home selling and buying processes, making things easy and fun.
