Rachel Ann Cramer

Known for her patience, listening skills, caring and understanding, Rachel Cramer creates a positive experience for both sides of any property transaction. Her approach utilizes communication, negotiating skills and in-depth knowledge of the Hobe Sound area’s neighborhoods and real estate market to successfully match her client’s needs, goals, and dreams. Both Rachel and her husband Joe are South Florida natives having lived in Hobe Sound for the past 15 years. She is raising their two children, Rebecca and Greg, who are currently going through the Martin County School system. Because of her involvement in the education and activities of her children, Rachel has an awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. Rachel is a full time real estate professional. She obtained her license in 1999 and has been an agent with Illustrated Properties since 2003. Rachel always welcomes working with newcomers and current residents of the area.
