After reviewing several realtor profiles, I selected Rachel Frentsos to be my Real Estate Agent to assist me in finding a condo. I found her to be very professional, very knowledgeable and very responsive. She really listened carefully to my requirements and wishes, provided invaluable insight into the market I was interested in, and scheduled time to visit properties within a few days. Because she so thoroughly understood what I wanted, we traveled 1 day, looked at five properties and I found the perfect condo for me on the same day! Rachel also recommended the best resources for obtaining my mortgage, home inspection and renovation contractors which made the entire purchase process enormously smooth and hassle free. I moved into my new home 6 weeks after the day I met Rachel! Doesnt get any better than that!!

Rachel was able to quickly understand exactly what I wanted and would not try to push me to purchase something I did not like. We hired Rachel to sell two properties this year- a rental and my mothers home. She is professional, very responsive and does the upfront research to advise a competitive market price. Both of ours were under contract within a weeks time- while similar, higher priced listings sat unsold. Settlements were also quick and easy. I highly recommend her services.

Rachel helped us find the home of our dreams! She is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable about real estate, she made this complicated, sometimes frustrating process that much easier and more understandable for both my husband and I. She is the kind of realtor who can explain the details of a contract, as well as get out a flash light and look for signs of mold under the stairwell (she has a magic nose, I swear!) This is not a woman who is trying to slap lipstick on a pig and sell it to you: she is on YOUR side trying to find out what is wrong with a house so you are buying it with eyes wide open! Additionally, she has given us great advice on how to make reasonable changes to list our own house, in order to make it marketable without breaking our bank. I cannot recommend her enough!
