We meet Rachel Queen by happenstance. When looking on-line for a condo in Florida, we came across a listing of hers and called her. Although we did not buy that property, she found us the perfect condo in less than one week. We ended up buying that condo completely on-line, never seeing the property until two weeks after closing on the sale. WOW is all I have to say! Rachel has been so amazing! Where to start... buying a home is an inherently stressful process and as first time home buyers we had tons of questions and apprehension. We found Rachel through Zillow, and she was absolutely amazing! Not only does it help to have a realtor who is intimately knowledgeable about each neighborhood where you are looking to buy, but also has the insight for future values and ease of future sales. We had a lot of criteria to get us to move from our downtown apartment lifestyle to a home and Rachel easily found homes in our price range that met all of our criteria. The home we bought was on the MLS for a single day and wasn't even listed on Zillow when we toured it with her, and the second we walked in we knew it was going to be our home! Rachel was jumping up and down, so excited to show us what she found. Rachel went above and beyond during the negotiation and closing process and did a ton of work behind the scenes to make things less stressful for us. She is a super savvy real estate agent, a generous and loving person who is easy to communicate with and made buying a home far easier than we had ever expected. Incredibly helpful and always available throughout the entire process from finding my new home to closing on it. Rachel is still available for my needs even after closing.Rachel showed me as many homes as wanted to see. She learned what I liked and the night before a home was about to be listed on Zillow, she called me and told me to check it out on line. I lived more then 2 hours away so I asked her if she could rush over there and face time me while she walked through the house and around the outside.
