I have known Rachel for years on a personal level, so when we thought about selling our home and buying another, she was the first person I thought of because of our friendship. You always have a little thought in the back of your mind of I hope this doesnt make our friendship weird or ruin anything. This experience not only made our friendship stronger, I was so amazed with the ability Rachel had to keep things professional when needed, offering every serious advice and opinions, but never losing the feeling that she truly cared for me and my family throughout the whole process and that our friendship was top priority. Any time you buy and sell a home, there is stress that pops up. Rachel stayed level-headed through it all and not once ever made it seem like we were bugging her or she was too busy at that moment. From start to finish, she was part of our excitement with us, and was genuinely the rock that held the whole process together. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
