Rae Dunkley

We have worked with Rae to both sell our home and buy another one. We found her to be ultra-professional, supportive, patient, extremely knowledgeable especially about the area. Rae was upfront and totally honest and all of our dealings. We could not have moved as smoothly through both transactions without her help. We are almost sorry we don't have another home to sell so that we can continue to work with her.

Rae spent almost two and one half years working with us before the time and the right home came up. she was always well prepared to show and advise us on the homes she had pulled and the ones that were requested. Always bright, cheerful and with route well laid out for showing the properties. PATIENT,PATIENT,PATIENT!!!! Extremely helpful during the LOOKING,BUYING and getting us situated before and after the move in. We consider Rae a friend.

Always went out of her way to help me, and still is.

I am very pleased with my experience with Rae Dunkley. She went above and beyond my expectations each step of the way. Before I was ready to purchase a home, she helped me to find a rental property, and she was not earning anything for that transaction. She is a truly wonderful realtor that I would recommend to anyone looking for a home!

Fantastic!!

Rae was incredible! She worked very hard to understand our requirements. Rae went the extra mile to understand our preferences. As a result, we found our dream home and we're so happy!

We have worked with Rae for purchasing two new homes and selling one home. She always made the experience as smooth as possible, even when we ran into 'issues' with the other agent! I highly recommend Rae if you are buying or selling in Lake Havasu City!
