Susan is an awesome real estate agent. We only have 2 years in Winter Haven. I contacted her through a Zillow post. We explain her our investment plan and definitely cant complain about her compromise with us. Every time we contact her, is an instant response, doesnt matter day or hour. She is the type of person that will say to you: ok, lets go, this property is not for you. We have bought 2 properties in 2018 and we dont even have an exclusive contract with her!!!! We consider her a friend thats why we recommend her as a highly professional and human being.
