As a local home inspector, I had the fortunate pleasure of taking care of one of Rae's clients. So it gave me the opportunity to see how my client was treated and communicated with throughout the buying process. Not only did Rae communicate clearly with our mutual client, she communicated well with everybody in the process to include myself. I was very impressed with how well she cared for her client and advocated for her client after the inspection was complete. It really made things much simpler for me because Rae was able to clearly understand the report, the implications of what was found, and she used that information to help her client with everything that came afterwards.
